Removing CCS (Calendar and Contacts Server) but keep data?

Hi, We installed the Calendar and Contacts Server a month or so ago but since then we (and our clients) have run into a number of bugs and errors using their calendars in Roundcube webmail. The problems make the calendar service unusable and is causing considerable frustration amongst our clients. Is there a way of uninstalling the Calendar and Contacts Server and reverting data back to the SQLite databases?
