Installation Fails - DNS Resolution Issues

Hey Everyone - I'm having an issue installing cPanel on 2 different VPS in 2 different locations. It seems that I am having some type of DNS resolution issue that causes the installation to fail. I've checked my etc/resolv.conf file, I've replaced ISP provided values to Google DNS and L3 DNS. Same issue stands. Here's a snippet from the screen Verifying archive integrity... All good. Odd this is happening in multiple locations. I checked the disk space, and I have plenty available. Any thoughts as to what's causing this or how to resolve it? Thanks in advance, Tony
