    Hello, as you can see that there is a conflict in PHP-ioncube, you can disable ea-php56-php-ioncube10 from easyapache and then try again. Let us know if this work for you.

    It might be a good idea to see if there is a larger CloudLinux issue on the system. If you just run a "yum update" on the machine do you get any package errors there?

    Great, @HostNoc! I removed PHP-Ioncube for php56, then tried the WHMCS installation again and it worked. Thank you for your help. Regards

    I'm glad you were able to get that working! It might be worth mentioning this to the WHMCS team to see if they could adjust that to handle the issue more gracefully in the future.
