Password reset bug

User want to perform password reset from their webmail page. They click on Pasword Reset then enter their email Info@domain.com. They then receive an INCORRECT contact email address hit of r--n@k--j.com If they go back and enter the email address in all lower case like info@domain.com. they then receive a CORRECT contact address hint of j--5@h--l.com Email addresses are supposed to be case insensitive so the expectation is that both email with different casing are the same and valid, therefore, a correct contact address hint should be shown.
