Remove links from Billing and Support

we just migrated an account from another hosting provider. how can we remove the linked account to the old hosting provider's WHMCS. We executed command below but the open ticket link still redirects to the old hosting provider whmapi1 remove_integration_link user=username app=WHMCS_Billing
