Alternatives to keeping email Track Delivery history

Hi there, My current provider set the Track Delivery retention to the minimum 1day interval and I already asked to extend but they don't want to. And I am required to keep the email history, one way or another. Currently, I manually set the display limit to 1000 to get all entries, and then get a screenshot of the webpage, but this is very cumbersome. My idea would be to set up a cron job to do it for me, but I need to programmatically access the data. Is there any API to retrieve those Track Delivery entries? Or some log files on the disk maybe to copy? Can you guys provide some inputs to achieve this? Thanks a lot
