Can Install WHM on Multiple Digital Ocean Droplets?

Dear Community, I want to Purchase Cpanel Pro Plan which will cost $32 Per Month for 30 Accounts. Now I want to Install this Panel on Digital Ocean Droplets. I have Two Droplets (IP), Can I Install this Panel on Two Separate Droplets or Dedicated IP? Please guide. The Cpanel Plan I am talking about is attached & marked in the Attachments,
