Transfer from one vps server to another vps server

Is there a way to move the whm panel with all the settings you are working with to another vps server but it is not managed and I am not an expert in managing the operating system, but I need to transfer all the settings like what they are to another server

  The WHM transfer tool will tell you what is different about the source and destination server. However, if you're not an expert, I suggest checking the directory listing of cPanel system administrators.

  No Expertise is Needed for cPanel/WHM Server Migration. Just Install the Exact same things on the second VPS Servers like All Plugins. Then Go to WHM>Transfer Tool> Connect with the First VPS Server and Select all including System Configuration. Note that Same cPanel Version on both is preferred when transferring System Configuration
