    This error message occurs when the sender's e-mail account does not exist in cPanel, or when the domain's MX entry records are misconfigured in cPanel.

    Are you seeing any issues with email deliverability for either the cPanel user or in WHM? What is the Email Deliverability feature within cPanel?

    Thank you for that information. I see that you opened a ticket regarding this, that one of our analysts has replied to. There appears to be an issue with the MX records assigned to the domain in question. Please review the most recent reply to your existing ticket, and reply to the ticket if you have any other questions or concerns.
