Failed to receive status information from Apache.
Hello
I"m having this weird issue in one of my WHM servers.
1 - the hostname get Error 500 when i browse it
2 - from whm --> apache status i get :
" Failed to receive status information from Apache."
3 - but ALL websites hosted in this server are working perfect, apache is running well, etc. IN fact going to

Hello again planetjoin! Your ticket has been updated and the issue appears to have been resolved. It looks like there was a .htaccess
file with some invalid code in a directory above the document root. Once that.htaccess
was moved out of the way, the hostname resolved successfully and Apache Status information was returned. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know!0 -
