How to execute IonCube encoded php file within cPanel's internal PHP ?

Hello, i am developing a plugin for cPanel/WHM. I want to execute a PHP file which is IonCube Encoded, but the server doesn't have installed IonCube but enabled IonCube in Tweak Settings. I have heard that cPanel have any internal command which executes IonCube encoded file from it's internal php. Is there any ?
