Server status HTTPD and cpsrvd status pending

Hi I having issues with server status HTTPD and cpsrvd status saying pending. Please help me to resolve I run the below line as well /scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd

  Check if cPanel forceful updates help: # /scripts/upcp --force

  Make sure all partitions and inode are free enough to run all services running smoothly, If not an issue with storage then I would suggest submitting a support ticket to cPanel using the following URL =>

  Hello! I believe I asked if you could open a ticket for the cpsrvd issue in another thread. It might be best to open a ticket for these pending service issues in general if they are all related. Could you do so and update me with the incident ID? Thanks!
