Webmail Invalid Login after domain IP change
I am having an issue with the cPanel webmail. I cannot log in even though the username and password are correct.
I have whitelisted my IP and cleared the cache for failed logins from cPhulk.
Please note that I have changed the IP address of the domain and it started doing that afterward.
Any ideas why it's not working? Other than blacklist?

Hello! To confirm, you have tried resetting the password? For the login URL, are you using the new IP address followed by :2096? Please don't use the actual IP address or domain name in the response, but could you explain what the URL you're using for webmail looks like? Thanks! 0 -
Yes, I have reset the password and tried to log in several times. I also have used the IP followed by:2096. It redirects me to the website immediately. I also have tried 2095. It used to be working but after I changed the IP I cannot access mail. I tried creating a new email and still no luck. I have hired someone with a Linux background to look in the log for errors but there were no records. I also tried whitelisting my country which is SA and still. You should know that when I make an attempt to log in a new record show in cphulk and the country seems to be CN which is not correct because I live in SA. I have not been using VPN, just to let you know. That's it. I hope that you can help me figure this out. And thank you for your help. 0 -
