changes in public_html didn't come through

Hello, I have a problem when I make changes to my public_HTML . It is saving, but I can't see the changes on my website, I tried to clear the cache, and from another browser I even tried to delete the html page, it still opens in the browser i tried the private window, still the same, i also tried from another pc, no change. How can I delete the server cache?

  Hello! What exact changes are you making inside of the public_html directory? Are you editing a specific file?

  folder under public_html, contains index.html

  Solved, i contact the hosting managers to disable this " NGINX Caching "
