Error ClamAV

Hi, I have installed ClamAV for cPanel from, -WHM - Cpanel - manager plugin, however I get an error when I want to scan a user's files within cpanel. It gives me the following error: Oops! The system failed to start a scan. If this condition persists, contact your system administrator. I leave attached image

  How much memory do you have on the server? ClamAV is quite resource hungry and could take up to 3GB of RAM alone. Can you show us the output of the following command? /scripts/restartsrv_clamd You can also have a look at this:

  Do you have /etc/clamddisable set? [font="courier new">ls -al /etc/clamddisable

  I have run the command and it shows me [root @ xxxxx ~] # ls -al / etc / clamddisable -rw-r - r-- 1 root root 0 Feb 1 2021 / etc / clamddisable

  Hello! Could you please try the steps in the following article? Except instead of unchecking the box for "enabled," you will be checking to make sure it's actually enabled.
