Permissions for resseler

Hi Team! We have 2 resellers. For example: reseller1, reseller2. All resellers have same rights. cat /var/cpanel/resellers reseller1:all reseller2:all But I can see one problem wich can not understend how to fix. If select for user "reseller1": When User go to cPanel => And open menu Software - there no Icons at Installatron Applications Installer. I try use different Themes and see that problem not with Theme. I think problem with permissions. When I select for user "reseller2". It's all OK. Please advice!!!
