Wordpress Toolkit: Rename of admin

When running the Wordpress Toolkit security options, one of them is to rename admin to a randomised username to prevent bruteforce etc. The username/password is then changed by the process, however the login button leads to a new window stating "Retrieving WordPress admin credentials, please wait..." and the page never progresses from there. I have had to use another account on Wordpress to reset the password and view the new username. Is anyone else having this issue?
