System email receiving emails rather than G Suite when testing with PHP Mailer

Hello everyone, I have had this issue, so basically, I am using G Suite for our company. Scenario 1: When I am using Wordpress to send notification to my email for eg. peter@mycompany.com. The email never lands on peter@mycompany.com, the email will be go to on Cpanel Default System Email? Scenario 2: When I am sending to the alias of peter@mycompany.com, then it works perfectly. Note: The delivery is working fine 100% in term of sending and receiving personal email on all Gsuite accounts, issues only occurred as described above Am I misconfiguring cPanel? or G Suite? Thanks so much in advance.

  Is "Email Routing Configuration" for that domain set to "Remote Mail Exchanger"? WHM -> DNS -> Email Routing Configuration

  In case you don't have WHM access, this can also be configured in cPanel -> Email -> Email Routing
