    I would look into why there was no auth attempts in 3 minutes...it seems something is going on with the email client itself or their connectivity.

    Check your email clients syncing time. If its less than a minute that will create problem with server. Make sure you are using right credentials and the sync time for downloading emails is much longer than a minute. Also are there people with different IPs using the same email id?
