Hello, One of my customers is receiving a prompt message asking for his email password from time to time and was wondering if this could be solved with the solution mentioned in this forum post If that is the case where can I change that value mentioned in this comment?

  Hello! While I can't verify without access, you should be able to follow the article. YOu can also change that value as well. Could you test and let me know if there are issues?
