Cannot receive emails from specific user
Hi,
I cannot receive emails from a specific user while I can send emails from it. Other users seem to be working fine though. In this specific user, I am only receiving from the main email account while I have too many addon domains in it. It used to work until the last cPanel update.
This is the error:
LMTP error after RCPT TO:: 550 5.1.1 User doesn't exist: user@cpanel.server.net
I hope somebody can enlighten me. cPanel Support is not letting me submit a technical support ticket as I am using a license from a reseller (Contabo) and they are not around at the moment.

Please amke sure the email on which you are trying to send is exist on your hosting. Also please confirm f this domain is addon/subdomainor maindomain? REgards HostNoc 0 -

Hi, thanks for your reply. This email user@cpanel.server.net means with this format and it works perfectly ever since before upgrading to the release tier. I use catchall main email to receive emails for all my addon domains in the account and it used to work but now it doesn't work anymore and returning that LMTP error after the latest released tier0 -

I cannot open a ticket in technical support. It's showing INVALID SUPPORT ID while my license is valid. I am using a reseller license from contabo. Please help0 -
