Cannot receive emails from specific user

    I want to update this error with addon domains or ALL FORWARDERS not receiving emails which goes through the catchall main email catchall@server.domain.net

    LMTP error after RCPT TO:: 550 5.1.1 User doesn't exist: user@cpanel.server.net From this error it seems the user which you are trying to send email does not exist. Please amke sure the email on which you are trying to send is exist on your hosting. Also please confirm f this domain is addon/subdomainor maindomain? REgards HostNoc

    Hi, thanks for your reply. This email user@cpanel.server.net means with this format and it works perfectly ever since before upgrading to the release tier. I use catchall main email to receive emails for all my addon domains in the account and it used to work but now it doesn't work anymore and returning that LMTP error after the latest released tier

    I cannot open a ticket in technical support. It's showing INVALID SUPPORT ID while my license is valid. I am using a reseller license from contabo. Please help

    It went working after I updated to CURRENT TIER. I want to cry. But could you verify what was that error? if anything related to a bug or a cause sue to server performance. Kindly update me
