Sending from Gmail to a cPanel server gives me 7.3 spam score

    Since this score is mostly due to Bayesian filtering, you should change the content of the e-mail. If that is not possible you can try training your SA to recognize these messages as HAM:

    Edit: I just saw that you put the content and subject of the e-mail. That should not be marked as 99 to 100% spam by bayes. Maybe you tried to do some training previously and trained it wrong? Try clearing your sa database.

    Could you try the steps in the tutorial provided, or try clearing the sa-learn database? It definitely does sound like the Bayesian filter needs to be trained properly.
