Allow the cPanel user account to enable or disable NGINX® caching. ???

Hi all. I have a cPanel v100.0.1 server and I"ve enabled the NGINX caching feature. According to the link below: caching. Note: The interface only displays this feature if you have installed the ea-nginx package on your server. users can enable and disable the Nginx caching on their own through the cPanel interface. The thing is that I can only see the "Clear Cache" button but not the "enable/disable cache" option. Does anyone know where it is? P.S.The ea-nginx package is installed on the server.
