Service subdomains on linked server fail HTTP DCV
Hello!
We've a setup of two servers, one with standard role linked to a secondary with mail only role. All domains have service subdomains (mail, webmail, cpcontacts...) whose DNS record points to mail server. All of them that are not DNS managed by primary server are failing DCV, by DNS and HTTP.
As we're doing transfers from our old setup, where DNS is managed, we can't build DNS cluster between all servers. Is possible for WHM/cPanel to create temporary file in linked server to pass HTTP DCV? Any other way to pass DCV for those service subdomains?
Thanks in advance.

Hello! To confirm, do you want to secure the service subdomains with an SSL despite the DNS not being hosted here? If I am reading this right, I am not sure there would be a way to get this done. Maybe you can elaborate on exactly what you need. 0 -
Yes, I want to secure service subdomains hosted in linked server with AutoSSL, but DNS is not hosted in this server and HTTP is in primary server. I hoped that linked server could benefit from AutoSSL in primary server, but seems that cPanel hasn't thought on this setup. 0
