507 error message when running Moodle quiz

Hello, I am not sure if this is the best place for posting this question but one of my users is receiving this error message "507 Insufficient Storage error message" when running a quiz in a Moodle instance running in VPS that has plenty disk space and RAM, so I was wondering if the PHP or Cloudlinux settings could be causing this issue.

  Hello! This error message generally occurs when a "POST" or "PUT" request is unsuccessful due to a shortage of disk space or resources on the server or domain. Are there any disk or resource quotas being hit by this specific domain?

  Hello again! Your last screenshot shows that you've hit three limits; for entry processes, CPU, and I/O. This seems to be an issue with CloudLinux limits.

  However I have some doubts on certain points of the Input/Output usage that can be seen in the attached picture that is an amplification of the other picture.
