Issue with SSL certificate renewal

Hi, the above error is appearing on my server when trying to renew SSL certificates. I did some research here on the forum, but I was not successful in solving this problem. Could someone help me with this issue?

  After a lot of research I found out that the problem is happening because of a blockage on output port 53. By performing the adjustment, the problem was solved.
