block people from sending to a specific domain or mail

hello i am looking to block my users and email senders from send emails to a certain domain and emails is it doable ?

  Hello! To do this you'd need to set up a custom Exim system filter rule. Documentation on how to use the Exim system filter can be found here:

  I found this online but has no idea where to find this acl or where or how to add it, can you please guide me ? acl_smtp_rcpt = acl_check_rcpt acl_check_rcpt: deny message = The $sender_address is prohibited to send mail to the $domain senders = lsearch;/etc/exim/restricted_sender domains = lsearch;/etc/exim/restricted_domains /etc/exim/restricted_sender user@example.net /etc/exim/restricted_domains gmail.com

  Hello! While we offer an interface for configuring Exim, the actual configuration of the filters would be something I'm not sure about. Perhaps other users can assist with this.
