Checkallsslcerts error
Hi,
I've received this error twice now:
[QUOTE]
The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: (XID 7ctsvt) The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to the request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": We were unable to process your request. Please try again later.
But when I went in to 'Manage AutoSSL' and checked the logs it said everything was OK. I even tried running it manually and, again, it said everything is OK? No error caused. Any idea what's causing this? Is it ok? I'd rather avoid getting errors due to lack of SSL certs if possible! thanks, Alex

It looks like there were some temporary issues with the cPanel store. Are both of you getting this issue still? 0 -

Still getting the same error e-mail, so 4 nights in a row now.0 -
Yes, I got it this morning (0600 GMT) too... 0 -
My WHM cert is up for renewal soon..ish. Earliest site cert needing renewal is still 29 days. 0 -
Assuming no one changed anything else, it worked! I had no error this morning. Did this first: [QUOTE]First, reset the hostname certificate to a self-signed one: for service in ftp exim dovecot cpanel ; do whmapi1 --output=jsonpretty reset_service_ssl_certificate service=$service ;done
There was nothing in/var/cpanel/hostname_cert_csrs
so I skipped this: [QUOTE]Next, move aside the old CSR (if it exists): mv /var/cpanel/hostname_cert_csrs{,.cpbkp} -v
Then I ran the script. [QUOTE]Finally, run checkallsslcerts to order a new certificate: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts0 -
Please note, this certificate will still update once the certificate has reached 3 days before expiry.
Wonder if I should wait until 3-days left, or do the workaround too. I bet this "false-positive error" will be fixed in the future..0 -

It should update automatically, but it may be worth doing the workaround for the peace of mind.0 -

Seems there's issue with autossl again since last night [QUOTE] 4:28:23 PM Processing "username""s local DCV results " 4:28:23 PM Analyzing "domain.com""s DCV results " 4:28:23 PM AutoSSL will request a new certificate. 4:28:23 PM The system will attempt to renew the SSL certificate for (domain.com: domain.com www.domain.com mail.domain.com webmail.domain.com cpanel.domain.com webdisk.domain.com cpcontacts.domain.com cpcalendars.domain.com). 4:28:28 PM The cPanel Store received "domain.com""s certificate order. (Order Item ID: 1345337345) The system will periodically poll the cPanel Store for the issued certificate and then install it after a successful retrieval. @garconcn @CanSpace Could you open tickets using the link in my signature so we can investigate? If you are unable to, your web hosting provider likely can on your behalf. Provide me the ID once done. 0 -
Hi, same problem here! The SSL for the services expired 11/27/2021 and since then no new certificate installed. I get the following error: [QUOTE]The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: (XID b9xuxw) The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to the request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": We were unable to process your request. I deleted from the SSL Storage Manager the expired cert, reset the certificates and run /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts but still not working. Is there a proper fix?0 -

2:29:51 AM The "cPanel (powered by Sectigo)" provider cannot currently accept incoming requests. The system will try again later. What a piece of !"#"!"#" Fix this already! My domains are expiring. 0 -

I have the same problem, WTH is going on? 0 -
I opened a ticket and it seems that i need to update my WHM / cPanel. 0 -
For future reference anyone reading this, and having cert renewal problems, make sure you don't have any sub/addon domains etc. on the auto SSL which do not resolve! This is quote from Justin: " As of November 22, 2021, however, our certificate provider has revised their domain validation requirements. As a part of these changes, each subdomain requesting coverage requires their own unique validation record." I had two system added non-resolving addon/sub addresses, and that broke the whole chain / renewing process. So get rid of all "old addresses" you may have. I also had one old staging address (which was already removed from external nameservers), which would've blocked main domain cert renewal process in few days. EDIT: and by remove / get rid of, I mean Exclude from AutoSSL 0 -
lol, we are now having this problem with the hostname ssl expired, and the same error The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to the request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": We were unable to process your request. Please try again later. 0 -

Have the latest whm version? And by hostname I assume you mean the whm hostname. I think latest version should fix that already, but if not, I recommend trying0 -
It looks like this is an issue we are actively working on and is known. Please see the However once I performed this workaround and tried again Requesting certificate from cPStore " The response to the HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) "POST" request from " indicated an error (504, Gateway Time-out):

I tried it once more Requesting certificate from cPStore " The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to the request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": We were unable to process your request.
