Checkallsslcerts error
Hi,
I've received this error twice now:
[QUOTE]
The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: (XID 7ctsvt) The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to the request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": We were unable to process your request. Please try again later.
But when I went in to 'Manage AutoSSL' and checked the logs it said everything was OK. I even tried running it manually and, again, it said everything is OK? No error caused. Any idea what's causing this? Is it ok? I'd rather avoid getting errors due to lack of SSL certs if possible! thanks, Alex

Confirmed, it is sporadic today x: Attempting HTTP DCV preflight check " " success! ...... Requesting certificate from cPStore " The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to th e request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": We were unable to process y our request. Please try again later. Then the second time Requesting certificate from cPStore " Order submitted. (Order item ID: 1464596843) Installing "cpanel""s new certificate " Attempting to verify your certificate..... Querying Apache TLS for installations of the previous certificate " We had two shared servers failing until we did this few times until it got through.. it's just some temporary connectivity issues to the cpStore 0 -
@Steini Petur - Sectigo is still experiencing issues, which is where the hostname certificates originate from. We're still hoping they are able to fix their network problems. 0 -

My apologies, I just see the "cpStore" in the output nothing about Sectigo, anyway hopefully it gets fixed before next 3months areup (since all our servers are now valid)..but for the sake of others maybe a message on the board from you guys goes a long way that is "today" not thread from last year.0 -
yep the problem persist on Cpanel ends. before they were all for "change from letsencrypt to us" and now it's just everydays issues. 0 -
@Zara wsaeem - if you're still getting an error after switching to Let's Encrypt there could be other issues with issuing the certificate besides the Sectigo problems. If you could submit a ticket to our team we can check this for you. 0 -
Hello CPanel, This error is back since 3 days ago i get this error "The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to the request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": We were unable to process your request. Please try again later" this is working on my nerves as i get emailed about it and can do nothing to fix it except run that script 50 times a day.... 0 -
Any luck? We have a new cPanel install that won't add the hostname SSL: [WARN] The system failed to acquire a signed certificate from the cPanel Store because of the following error: (XID 6su6be) The cPanel Store returned an error (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) in response to the request "POST ssl/certificate/whm-license/90-day": We were unable to process your request. I bet you all have these: cpcalendars, cpcontacts etc. included in your cert, and they don't resolve? For example, I have these: cpcalendars.whm06.mydomain.com, cpcontacts.whm06.mydomain.com and they don't, why would they even... 0 -
@WebHostPro - if you're not getting the hostname cert issues, you can put in a ticket to our team and we'll see if we can get that issued on our end. @Wallu - if you don't plan to use the service subdomains, you can disable them in WHM - Service and Proxy Subdomains | cPanel & WHM Documentation 0 -
Hi @cPRex, tweaking that would effect all domains, right? I do want those for all hosted domains, but not for the actual WHM host. Problem still remains, how do I renew the cert? When you add hosted domain, the creation adds all those subs to dns, so there is no problem (well, there is, when you also, lets say create alias, and it adds subs, you need to exclude those to get the cert). The real question here is, how can I tweak WHM host cert sub-domains? Sure, I could just add all those to dns right, including all dnsonly servers too. Hope I make sense here.. - Wallu 0 -
That's correct - adjusting that value would change the behavior for all domains on the machine. Is it possible you have a separate DNS zone for the hostname of the machine? If so, that can cause confusion and extra records to exist. I always preferred to delete that zone if it exists, and just make sure the A record for the hostname was present in the main zone for the hostname's "domain.com" zone. 0 -
Had the same problem with (X::TemporarilyUnavailable) for the host certificates since a few days. Finally broke down and manually ran "/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts" over and over and after quite a few tries it issued the certificates. Seems that the only issue here is the capacity of the cPanel Store to issue the certificates. 0
