ea-php56 or alt-php56?
I have Cloudlinux in a VPS for running verion 5.6 of PHP
however I don"t which option should I choose.

For outdated PHP versions, prior to 7.0, you would need to use alt-php since there would be no patched/support alt-php versions for these older PHP installations.0 -

The LVE limits for CloudLinux function independently of the PHP version; choosing alt-php or ea-php won't impact these settings.0 -
