[COBRA-13435] Still waiting for cetificate after 3 days pending

Hi, I have multiple domains waiting for a new SSL certificate, but the status after 3 days is still pending. Checking the certificate status gives me this response: root@cloud01 [/var/cpanel]# curl

    Same problem here. For some reason, a brand new domain installs SSL ok. But a pre-existing one is not renewing.     Sometimes orders can stuck in pending state depending on the domain name.

    I opened a ticket already (#94391607) . Unfortunatly my server is on CentOS 6 so my WHM is not upgraded after v86.0.40 :( Hope somebody is still able to help me anyway.

    I probably don't have to mention, but you are aware that Centos 6 has been EOL for more than a year, right? And thus also v86 is farily outdated..

    It looks like now if you have a subdomain (something.x.com), that subdomain must also have its own www subdomain (www.something.x.com). Otherwise AutoSSL passes the check but then the order gets stuck and never gets filled.

What should I do? The sites are down for 2 days already because of an expired certificate and I need to inform my customer about the status.

    I have the exact same problem. Hope to find a solution here.
