Any good server optimization services/companies you know?

We need some expert help in optimize our server. Someone who can check our server for a while and then do the neccessary changes/settings for server, apache, mysql and so on. Especially mysql needs to be tuned/tweaked for this server/website I think ... Not just some regular settings - we need expert to tweak it. Someone who can also recommend if we need more RAM, if we need to replace apache with litespeed and so on... Any recommendations ? Anyone know if Bobcares or 24x7servermanagement is any good ? Thank you

  Forgot to say ... It's a centos 7, cpanel, Maria DB 10x and we run Opencart with Journal 3. About 3K visitors per day.
