PHP 8.1.0 Released! PHP: News Archive - 2021 I assume cPanel is already testing 8.1.0 and will hopefully make it an option soon.

  New php versions are not instantly added to the easyapache 4 repo. First, the necessary testing processes are completed and then added to the repo, it will probably take a few months to add 8.1 support.
