MySQL Global Permission

Hi, As you know, within cPanel/WHM, Remote MYSQL will have a connection delay than VPS configuration with MySQL Global Permission. When configuring a VPS with MYSQL and Globel Permission, the delay will be gone and connections will work instantly. May I know, how to do that same on cPanel/WHM for one cPanel account? No matter about other cPanel. I'm going to do this for one client who owns all his cPanels in a private server.

  Hello! To confirm, what exactly do you need done? What are you trying to do for only one account rather than the whole server? Thanks!

  I just want to have a fast remote MySQL connection between external apps with the server. No matter if we can change settings into the whole server.
