WordPress Toolkit and WordPress Manager Softaculous Conflicts?

I recently gave access to cPanel for my Developer. Even though I explicitly asked that he use WordPress Toolkit, he decided to use WordPress Manager from Softaculous. Are there any known conflicts using both as I prefer to use toolkit for the Security update features? I appreciate any input one could share.

  There is no conflict, you can use both tools, you only need to scan wp toolkit and it will find the website, personally I recommend if you are going to use wptoolkit deactivate wordpress manager from whm so there is no confusion and only toolkit is used. I hope I have helped

  Hello, I appreciate the input. Seeing as my developer prefers to use Softaculous, I will leave both in place and just perform security updates as necessary via Toolkit.
