For the past couple weeks we"ve seen intermittent problems with getting the cPanel sectigo certs. Might consider switching to LetsEncrypt.

Hello! Are you still having issues? If so, can you open a ticket using the link in my signature? Otherwise, you should be able to have your web hosting provider open one on your behalf. Provide me with the ticket ID once done.

We still see different kind of issues with cpanel/sectigo. 1. Sectigo can't process the request and ratelimit our request even our server only request ssl for just one domain. Submitted ticket to cpanel but they said they can't do anything with the ratelimit and suggest us to try again. It's a hit and miss when renewing the ssl. Apparently Sectigo doesn't have enough servers to handle the increasing ssl requests. Do we not pay enough to cpanel or cpanel didn't pay enough to Sectigo to adding new servers? Search "cPanel (powered by Sectigo)" provider cannot currently accept incoming requests. The system will try again later' from the log files under /var/cpanel/logs/autossl/ 2. More "A script is stuck" notifications from multiple servers.
    File Name: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check
    Command Line Path: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/autossl_check --all
    Cutoff Time: 22h
    3. New ssl request delays, could be related to 1st issue. If those are common issues, why submit ticket individually?

This is unbelievable, I'm paying top dollar for cPanel now going to eat yet another price hike in 1 year and it's working less reliably than it was before both price jumps. I am currently losing at least 1 customer as I'm writing this. Looking for cPanel alternatives right now.

Hello! Due to the nature of the AutoSSL issues and how varied they are, would it be possible for tickets to be opened with cPanel using the link in my signature?
