Easy Apache not working?

I recently moved my business into a new server. Naturally, I gradually added necessary functionality via EasyApache4, and have several saved profiles. But all of a sudden, in trying to add more PHP extensions, I check off what I want, but when the review comes up it says there are no packages to add, even though I did ask for three or four. I've not seen this issue before. Any ideas on what to do?
