cPanel Failing to Load After Login

After logging-in to cPanel for any user, using SSO or the front-end login, the expected main page does not load. Instead the following text appears, with nothing else on the page: [%- PROCESS home/index.tt -%]

  Fixed via running forced reinstall command: /scripts/upcp --force
