AutoSSL SSL Certificate covers domain, but not www.
Hi,
I've noticed suddenly the AutoSSL SSL certificate covers a domain, but not a 'www. sub-domain:
The browser still says it's ok, so far but... what happened? CPanel says it's installed, but the www. sub-domain isn't installed, that I can see.
It should say www. is valid:
It it about to start saying it's expired?
thanks,
Alex

Did you check in cPanel -> Security -> SSL/TLS Status ? 0 -
Hi @quietFinn, Yes, 'SSL/TLS Status' says the www. validity expiry's are old and expired. Alex 0 -
@frenziedfox I found no error when loading your domain in the chrome browser at my end. 0 -
Thanks @kodeslogic, if you go into the certificate and check the date, what does it say? The ones I have tried say its 'valid' before you open the certificate, but when you do open up the certificate they say it has expired. 0 -
@frenziedfox This is what appears at my end. Can you once check it on another machine? 0 -
@kodeslogic, That is weird because I have tried it on a windows desktop and a Linux laptop and it gave different but old dates for the 'www.' certificate but they all gave an accurate 14/02/2022 expiry for the domain certificate itself... The site itself behaved perfectly. Perhaps it knows that the domain itself is valid and somehow includes www. or something? 0 -
@quietFinn, I don't know why I didn't think of that! :oops: Certificate is valid. Thank you! Alex 0
