the DCV challenge returned no “TXT” record that matches the value

I am running Cpanel 94 Build 19 on Centos 7.9 with WHM 94.0.19. I am experiencing the "the DCV challenge returned no "TXT" record that matches the value" error related to my secure certificate. The problem only exists on a subdomain news.parellifoundation.org. This subdomain is pointed to an IP address NOT on the server. I gather that this could be a problem. This error seems fairly common in this forum, but it is completely new to me and appears to point to different types of solutions. A graphic of the cpanel message I am getting is shown below. Some basic help on this would be awesome. I am not experienced with the ins and outs of secure certificates.

  Hello! The IP address not pointing to the server would definitely be the issue here. AutoSSL won't run and complete if the IP points elsewhere.

  Thanks for the reply. Something has changed in the last month or so. The DNS configuration used to work just fine. Can anyone help me to come up with a plan to work around this problem?

  Would you be able to open a support ticket using the link in my signature? You can also ask your web hosting provider to open one if you are unable to. Provide me with the ticket ID once done.
