The “Mysql” restore module failed because of an error

Hello, I need urgent help o it. It's a hetzner dedicated server and im trying to migrate our existing websites to it. But when I'm trying to migrate using the Transfer Tool I get the foillowing error and thus the databases remains untransferred. This is a completely fresh & new installation with CentOS 7.9. I'm worried why's this happening. The "Mysql" restore module failed because of an error: missing: api_token at /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Transfers/Systems/Mysql/Stream.pm line 370.
Our old server would expire tomorrow, please someone help us.

  Are you sure, both servers run the same MySQL Version?

  Yes, both server has the same MySQL version.

  Hello! The error says the API token is missing. Has the API token been properly added for the transfer? This article isn't identical to your issue but might help.
