  This appears to be the issue: Jan 03 12:58:35 s81.hostmargin.com restartsrv_httpd[508468]: httpd: Syntax error on line 27 of /etc/apache2/conf/httpd.con...ping (error on line 27), but I'd get a support ticket open and I'm sure they will have you back up quickly.

  you can have a look at line 27 as @ffeingol mentioned or try to rebuild the http config file: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
