Cpanel user data rollback?

Hi im webhosting service owner & have a question about cpanel issues. I have a client who build / develop on his subdomain. He already finish the development, but some days later he said the website is rollback to early condition. is it posibble "rollback data" problem only on 1 cpanel user like this? because as far as I know if there is a data rollback then all users in 1 server are affected. CMIIW

  A website won't "rollback" just all of sudden....something happened there...

  Yup, i also curious about that, because this "roll back" only affected to 1 client. There is no update / maintenance on the server when that problem happened. but is there any posibbility ( technical issue on cpanel ) there is a "rollback" problem but only on 1 client / user?

  Its not possible...the user did something which triggered this..maybe the software he has on that account, it's really hard to say without having a look.

  Andrew is right. Something must have gone wrong on this specific website to cause the issue. There is nothing cPanel-side that could cause such an action to occur.
