I can not activate SSL on one medical

I have a server on Linux 7.8 and use CPanel (Powered by Sectigo) SSL is working on all sites naturally and without any problems except for one location that can not activate an SSL certificate Are there any tips on this problem?

  Hello! I removed the screenshot due to sensitive information, but I reviewed the domain from said screenshot. It looks like this domain already has a valid wildcard SSL certificate installed. You can run your domain in SSLShopper to check it.

  The certificate is for another domain. I'd suggest to remove the serticicate and then run AutoSSL in WHM or cPanel.
