    Update: talked to a cPanel customer service rep directly who is hoping to make something move Monday (it's currently Saturday). I left an update on the NDCHost ticket that I'd contacted cPanel directly. On a whim, I called the NDCHost support number again, and lo and behold I was able to talk to probably the only person there! After weeks of no response via tickets, via email, no one answering the chat, no one answering the phone... maybe something will happen now.
