    Hello! Can you try re-mapping the databases for this cPanel user and let me know if the issues persist?

    Its already done. But still the same error is showing.

    And you're 100% sure you have the password correct? Have you tried resetting it to what you want to it be? We've seen clients get a space (for example) on the end of the password when they set it up.

    yes, its correct. some others told that the user tables are missed. where these privileges and mysql details are saved

    Try deleting the database user and recreating it then map it to the database again.
