Activated Licence not working. Locked out of Cpanel with following message:

Used a trial licence for a few days. Then upgraded to a full licence now. Since then I am not able to access WHM or cPanel... Following message I get when loging in. The cPanel license server said that a license could not be issued for your server (66). For more information visit: lic | cPanel The exact message was: This machine is not licensed for a cloud server. A metal license is required for this machine

  Apparently you have purchased wrong license type.

  Fair enough... I have an own server for personal use. But why would I need to purchase a licence for 100+ accounts? :/

  you purchased a cloud license. you need to buy a bare metal server license on this case.
