Hello @joaocosta, Solr is Java based something that needs a decent amount of memory to perform well. From what you mentioned it seems Solr is reaching its memory limit and that is why you don't see any results. Consider increasing the default memory limit of Solr as mentioned here:

@ServerHealers I'm grateful for your answer. I've followed the instructions and will test it to see how it works. I increased the memory to 2048m, because the server has a lot of memory available :) Regards

Unfortunately it was not resolved :( Or at least in Outlook it doesn't work. I'm afraid to convert from maildir to mdbox and not work the same. Regards

The problem you are having is not from the server according to the little information you provide, it is an Outlook file indexing problem Have you already tried searching through WebMail? If webmail fails, the problem is with the server, otherwise it is an application problem or error, in this particular case, Outlook. Have you already tried in Mozilla Thunderbird?, this does index automatically and locally all emails even if the accounts are Imap. additional error occurs in all accounts? only in outlook pc, mac or mobile? it's updated? what version are you using 2003, 2016, 2019, 2021, 365?

Hi @Handssler Lopez, I am grateful for your attention on this matter. I also had a feeling that it is something related to Outlook, because in Webmail, Thunderbird and even BlueMail, which I installed just for testing. The problems my client reports were in Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, Outlook Mobile and Windows Live Mail, this is because the company has several PCs and they all have different versions. The situation is that he works with other companies in a "nest of companies" and some use Microsoft Exchange and for him, Microsoft is "big" and I'm a "small company", the error must always be on my side. I've made my client see several times that this is wrong and that Microsoft makes a lot of mistakes, but as sometimes people's culture in this sense is limited... Unfortunately, I'm not surprised that Microsoft limits search and other functionality to emails hosted on servers external to theirs. I will be keeping an eye on this situation and, once again, I am grateful that you came to reinforce the idea that I was having of this situation. Regards from Portugal Jo"o Costa
