Hardware Usage

Hello, Does anyone have experience with many users? I am looking at getting a new server, dual EPYC 7453, 8x16GB 3200MT/s RAM. How many domains could I host on that? I realize the answer could vary if I set it up as "shared hosting" as opposed to "dedicated hosting" or "VPS", but assuming it will be mostly shared hosting, any ideas?
